We process Documents uploaded, shared, accessed, or transferred through the Service.
‍When enabled by the requester, Shared Documents are automatically deleted after successful transfer.
If automatic deletion after transfer is not enabled, Documents are retained only for the duration selected by the requester and are automatically deleted upon expiration of that retention period.
Documents not accessed may be automatically deleted after the applicable expiration timeframe defined for the Transaction.
doclinc does not retain Documents longer than necessary to deliver the Service, ensure security, or comply with legal obligations.
